Saving Grace
Tried to get Chloe the Barbie canopy today at Canadian Tire .. and only one of their employee .. Dennis was very helpful.. trying to help us find it and going outta his way to do it… even offered to go online at home for us.. and get us the product @. When he asked the check out girl about finding it on their system.. she flatly told him.. that she needed the product # .. and cannot help.. with just the name.. 
Wat the Hell..!!! the name is not enough…??? Ok…. now .. this call for some whipping.. !!! And the worst part of it all was.. she wouldn’t even budge.. nope.. nope sireee..!! no customer service for us.. today for sure..
Disappointing.. but the saving grace is of course .. they have employee like Dennis..
And yes… i’ll still shop in Canadian Tire .. because of employee like Dennis.. but definitely not alot.
