Chloe received more clothes from Gerald, friends of the store. Lots of jumpsuit…this time.. Princess is all ready for summer now..

I Fail SuperNanny

After our one little episode … trying out SuperNanny style with our princess.. i think SuperNanny will be really upset with me. I fail her terribly. As much as I would like for my princess to sleep at 8pm by herself… i feel more comfy.. having our princess fall asleep in the living room.. while we are watching TV.
Sure she doesn’t sleeps at 8pm but she does sleep at around 10pm - 11pm these days. Gone were the days.. where our princess goes to bed at 2am in the morning.
So yes.. for now.. or maybe even forever… we are happy with the way .. she is going to bed… on her own.. in front of the TV on the floor.
Sorry.. SuperNanny… I failed miserably.

Scratch Face

I accidentally scratched my princess’s face.. while trying to carry her this morning. But she got so squirmie.. i slipped.. and scratched her face.. on the side. Not good at all. Good thing it only left a small scratch near her eyes… i hope it ain’t so painful for her either.

No Formula Please

Chloe officially stopped drinking formula altogether.. and into regular milk now. Yay!! no more formula.. no more fixing of milk…..anymore.
Another milestone for Chloe.

Rain

It has been raining since last nite. What a Bummer..!!! Rain, rain go away.. come again another day. Little princess wants to play.

Heaven Sent!

Nissin spicy noodles are heaven sent..!!
I didn’t think that a packet of .49 cents noodles would make me so happy.. not only were they spicy.. the were very “Q” and a small packet of sesame oil.. that came with it.. was an added bonus.. I’m gonna rush to the supermarket tomorrow..and buy all the spicy noodles they have ..

Pantry Spring Cleaning

Cleaned up my two pantry tonite. Wow! didn’t know i had so much junk..!! and didn’t know that i still have more space for more junk..!! hahha!!
And my spouse found my long lost udon.. and 2 packets of it.. too.. hahah!!

More Big Gal Food Please

Chloe is eating more big gal food now.. she loves anything chocolate..!! Give her chocolate cookies and cheerio.. she would go for the cookie .. for sure.. hahah!!
It is such a joy .. to watch her chomp her food.. We tried giving her the sippy cup again today.. but nope.. she wouldn’t have it.

Chinese Noodles

I found chinese noodles at our local supermarket.. woohoo..!! unbelieveable..!! Nissin noodles with all kinda flavours.. spicy.. miso.. sesame oil .. i bought a few for now.. But it’s wonderful .. to have chinese noodles.. at the local supermarket.. no more having to go to the city just to get them.

Chicken, Potatoes & Carrots

My spouse and I made dinner together.. We made baked honey & garlic chicken with potatoes and carrots. The way he likes it…! hah! as for me.. i love noodles anytime. But for today.. i’ll eat potatoes and carrots.

8 Hrs - Crib

Chloe slept 8hrs in her crib last nite. Isn’t that wonderful or what..?? But i know it is just fluke.. hahhaha!! doubt she would do it twice in a week though.. Although chloe slept for 8hrs.. i only got to bed from 4am.. because i slept too much during the day. What a bummer huh..?? but i did let my other half sleep… so that was good..

Fast Food

Been eating alot of fast food of late.. and i can’t explain why..??!!?? They are too expensive and not even nutritious.
I therefore vow not to eat fast food anymore.. from this day forth.
So goodbye fast food.. hello home cooked food…!

Erratic Sleep Pattern

My other half is in bed since 12.40am and by his standard .. this is VERY early..!! I love that he is sleeping already.. but on the other hand .. i’m wide awake.. for i slept for 10hrs .. remember..?? But because of baby’s erratic sleeping pattern.. my other half and mine.. has gone haywired too.
But i blame us (me and my spouse) for baby’s erratic sleeping pattern.. for we are not good examples of it.
We love our computers and movies too much.. we are either on the puter for far too long.. or watching a movie till wee hours.. before baby was born. But i blame the puter most… my spouse love to game.. while i love to blog.. or be kaypoh on food forums.
So if baby doesn’t wanna sleep earlier now (she was in bed since 11pm).. then it should be us to be blamed and not baby’s.
I promise not to go on the puter.. when baby is awake.. and will only do so.. when she is asleep.. and to spend productive time with baby.

Mother’s Day Present For Grand-mère

10 Hrs

My other half let me sleep 10hrs straight.. from 4am in the morning to 9am.. i woke up for abit.. but went back to sleep.. since he woke up with baby, and didn’t get up till 2pm.

I must have been exhausted.. coz’ i didn’t even hear baby’s nana come into the house. But the sleep did me good.. but i felt bad for my other half.. coz’ he never gets to sleep in for 10hrs.. at the most 7hrs.

Mother’s Day Present

We were out shopping at the mall today.. coz’ Grammie was in to babysit. My spousef and I passed by the bookstore.. and we turned around.. when i saw some good prices for hard cover story books.
I chose my mother’s day present.. a story book.

SuperNanny

After watching Supernanny a few times.. i decided i will try and put chloe to sleep in her crib .. supernanny style.
Well.. result..?? 1 hour of crying.. and 1 throwing up.. chloe slept standing up.. and nope.. still no crib.. back to the floor.
It was just too heartbreaking .. to see chloe cry the way she did.. and i donch know if i can go thru’ this again with her.. for i donch know how many nites… *sigh*.
12.23am .. and she is exhausted and on the floor again.

PS: Felt like i’m the evil step mom… when baby was crying.

Losing My Cools

Chloe has been really cranky.. from not wanting to sleep thru’ the nite .. for the last few nites… till not wanting to eat .. for me.. and wanting everything she cannot get from her daddy’s computer table .. knowing that her daddy has gone to work and she can start her bullying.
I raised my voice at her this evening and left her in the study room crying ( prepared to let her puke) till she stopped. And then i went in.. cleaned her up and carry her .. gave her some juicy.. and she fell asleep.
I figured she must be too tired.. from not enough rest.. and also has to do with her teething. So many teeth coming out at the same time. Poor baby..!!
But mummy gotta make sure you learn .. that you cannot get everything you want.. just because you want it .. and put you in danger.
