This is So Freaking Unbelieveable..!
7 yrs here in Canada.. and this is the first time.. i saw a GST cheque for us..!! Yup.. no GST returns for us .. for a good 7 yrs.. and why are we different.. from the rest of the ppl in this town .. i’ve always wondered..?? Afterall.. we do spend money.. and we pay goods tax.. for everything we buy.. so why ain’t we getting any back..??
So today .. we have a cheque in the mail for us… for a good $442 !!! WOW..!! PB and I cannot believe it ..?? back-dated GST it said.. and the reason why it was withheld.. was because our address was not validate…??? now that’s even more strange.. !!! afterall .. we filed our taxes every year.. !! so if they wanted to find us.. i’m sure they could..!! 7 yrs no GST .. and only 442 bucks now.. but better than nothing lah..!!

Face Thicker Than The Telephone BooK - Part II
A asshole customer came in yesterday.. and went over to our cables section…. to pick up a pack of cables.. and brought it up the counter for PB to ring it in. Search his pocket and told PB he would come back.. because he left his money in the car. The cable was like 7 or 8 bucks. And of course.. he didn’t come back.. because after he left.. I brought Chloe out to get some candies.. and saw him in his car.. and driving away.
Now donch get me wrong.. i called him an asshole .. not because .. he didn’t come back to buy the cables.. but because a few years ago.. he rented our video game.. and didn’t bring it back for a month.. and refuses to pay the lates till today. Lates only about 40 bucks..! and that’s not the worst part..!! the worst part is.. he keeps coming in .. to try and set up a new account.. everytime.. we have a new employee.. but conning the new employee .. that he has never rented before.
Stupidity At Large
I think you also fed-up to hear me rant about teenage pregnancy.. after reading my blog for so long. And once again.. we see acts of stupidity … and these are ppl we know so well. Nope.. he isn’t a relative.. or neither is she. Both are young..!! one is 19 and the other is 18..!
Can you imagine.. someone so young .. having kids..?? and loving the idea.. and donch know what kinda impact it would have in their life..?? So naive.. and yet not so innocent.. since they got pregnant..?? And it’s not even like the parents never taught the boy about protection. I can’t speak for the gal.. coz’ i donch know her well.. but the boy comes from a good family and all. Decent folks.. !! yet how in the hell did he get into these kinda mess..??
Of course he doesn’t feel like he is in a mess.. but he is moving away to go to college and bringing the pregnant g/f along..! How are they gonna make it..?? Seriously.. these kids do not have the reality sinked in yet.. !! and the boy told me.. oh.. her mother is only 2 hrs away..!! OMG..!! 2 hrs.. is very far..!! my MIL is 15mins away.. and i thought that was far.. when we needed help..!!
Just A Bit Of Meat
I was excited.. when i learned that someone in town was selling Wanton Soup for 10 bucks… a big bowl of it. I really donch mind paying for good food .. and guess what i got for 10 bucks.. ?? 24 wantons.. and the meat inside the wanton was small than a 1 cent coin.. !! Yup..!! you heard right..!! I mean it tasted alright and all.. but not worth the .40cents a wanton.
I assure you .. i can make better wantons than these.. !! so yup.. no more buying wanton from this person no more..!! it’s more than daylight robbery..!!! Even the chinese restaurant’s wanton soup is much more filling .. than these.. and they cooked them for you. These ones .. came frozen..!! what a real bummer..!!

Ever since .. the 53″ TV is fixed.. PB now would watch a movie .. or go play a game. Before when we were using a 32″ TV, as soon as the brat goes to bed.. he is on the puter. And you know me and my ice.. since he doesn’t like it.. i crunched them.. where he can’t hear it…. so he is in the puter room… and me in the tv room. But now that he would “ji dong” ask to use the TV instead of staying in the computer room.. i’ve got more time to write my blog.. and do blog hopping… 
Lets hope the trend continues.. so that i can reply the comments on both my blog. Coz’ usually by the time he is done with the puter room.. it’s already very late.. and i’m dozing off big time.
Inconsiderate Smokers
Donch you just hate ppl who are inconsiderate.. and come into the store still smoking.. !! Donch you just hate those who stands outside yer store.. and smoke.. !! I’m pretty sure .. Miche’s hubby .. David.. who owns a cyber cafe.. in Malacca.. will understand how i feel.
Here i spend tons of money .. buy Body’s shop home fragrance to make my store smell like orange.. and here.. i have ppl standing outside our store.. smoking away.. and all the smelly, smelly smoke smell coming into the store.. !! Arrrggghh..!!! And what I hate even worst is… a mother and her b/f smoking away .. as they go take a walk with their baby in a stroller. They wanna say that the stroll is for the baby but it’s just an excuse for them to smoke away. It’s crazy how irresponsible .. some mothers are here. I can never imagine deliberately doing something to hurt my brat’s health, surely one wouldn’t do something like that.. if you already have knowledge how bad smoking can get right..?? But nope.. not only one mother.. but alot of mothers does that here.. and then they wonder why their kid is always ill.

A few afternoon ago, while Chloe was watching TV.. and PB and I were busy doing our own things.. with a few customers in the store.. an ex- worker .. from 3.5yrs ago.. walked into our store.
I looked up.. and didn’t greet s/him as soon as i realized who it was. I’m not trying to be rude.. but really ppl like that .. i cannot phantom..! This fella .. bad-mouthed us.. even till today.. and the lastest was to Keegan our babysitter… !! asking Keegan to be careful of us.. because we deducted his pay of $120.00 3.5yrs ago. But he also conveniently forgot to tell Keegan’s b/f why we deducted his pay.
3.5yrs ago.. when I was having Chloe.. we hired him on.. to help out because I was going to deliver Chloe.. and being Christmas.. the store was very busy. Instead of helping us at the store.. thus giving PB and I free time.. to deal with the hospital and having a new baby.. everyday.. he loses money from the cashbox. Many a times.. we caught him giving back wrong change. And worst of all… he refused to collect a deposit from customer/s who had placed special orders during Christmas.. thus we lost some customer/s and irate a few too. His reason for not collecting a deposit was that “he didn’t feel right” since we didn’t have the product in stock”!!!!

If you do some blog hopping like i do.. you will find all sorts of “funny” blogs out there.. and i mean really funny.. in a way .. you know you will never write the way these ppl write.
Recently a certain “pink” blog went dissing other bloggers.. and i have to tell you .. it’s so funny.. because of the responds that she gets from that post. 773 comments.. the last time .. i saw it. Can you imagine…?? 773 comments..!! what about those like me.. who read.. but never comment..?? And the best part is .. she ain’t afraid.. to show you the responds… that she gets back. Some are hilarious..!! especially one that was on YouTube.
I had a good laugh. If i was 20 yrs younger.. i doubt i would ever be like her.. so spunky and so brave..! Really BRAVE..!! Yes.. she is obnoxious too.. but one can always be that.. just so she doesn’t get hurt by words.. from some ppl. Do i wished to be like her sometimes..?? yes.. sometimes..! hahha!! already the ppl here says i’m obnoxious.. but wait till they meet Ms Pink..

It’s a Black Thing .. Maybe..??
We have a huge sign on the display window that we have a huge game sale on.. saying.. “Buy 2 get 1 Free”
Yesterday a black guy came in .. and bought some PS2 games.. he chose 2 at $14.00 and stopped and asked PB .. if one was free..?? Sometimes.. one gotta wonder.. what they donch understand about “Buy 2 .. get 1 free”..?? After explaining it to the black guy.. the black guy then picked a $30.00 one.. and asked PB if the $30.00 one was free then..??
Arrrghhh..!!! you buy 2 .. get 1 free.. and the free one has to be the one with the least price.. of course..!!! Now this is not the first black guy that came in to ask those questions.. ! I am really wondering.. if it’s a “black” thing or what..???
Like Dat Also Can..Ka..??
Yesterday.. at the store.. a customer came in to ask PB when he would be going to her house.. to look at her puter.. and in the meantime.. she had asked PB to loan her 5 bucks. I didn’t hear it.. and only gotten to know about it.. later in the evening.. when PB and I were alone in the store.
5 bucks isn’t a huge deal.. to be honest.. but PB was afraid.. that if he starts doing that for her.. she might come back for more.. in the future. Isn’t it funny that ppl can go around asking another for money..??
Oh .. btw.. she is the one .. that expects PB to drop everything.. and send her home in his car. So last nite.. PB sort of said.. something to the effect that it was my fault.. for offering her rides.. in the first place. But how would i know she would be this way leh..?? I asked PB to offer her rides.. because she have walking difficulty, so i wanted to be kind ma.. but as usual lah.. we kinda be like sucker like that..!

PB got a shoe for free..!!! and i was the one who told him about the sponsored post from PayU2Blog.. and he got the FREE shoe . .and not me.. !! Boo Hoo Hoo..!! Why didn’t they choose me..??? Boohooohooo..!!
But that’s alright..!! they prolly send me a pacifier instead.. kekekkkee!! oh well.. all for the fun of stuff.. At least one of us got that Nike Shoe.. it’s cool eh..?? And since we are on shoes, PB bought a knock off of the crocs for her.. and this year .. she wants to wear it. We decided to buy her the knock off first.. to see if she would really wear it .. and if she does.. we’ll get the real crocs for her.. coz’ currently, they donch have her size nor the color i want for her. PB’s cousin.. Ally.. just moved up to the Grand Prairie in Alberta .. and just arrived last nite.. when she called home.. while we were at Grammie’s house. Ally is PB’s Uncle Garth’s daughter.. and she is one of the twins.
When I first met Ally.. she was still in high school.. and I had told her.. about travelling around the world.. and doing well in one’s studies. Both Ally and Lindsay are such good gals..!! they not only finished their studies.. but they are achievers.. and not like those kids we’ve met so far. They donch get drunk.. and do drugs.. or anything of that kind.
Ally’s moved to GP .. is because her b/f got a job lined up in GP… and so after planning for a long time.. they drove up to GP .. last Tuesday.. headed up to Toronto .. and stayed with Godma Lynn .. and then headed up to GP. They arrived safely last nite.. ! and we wished them all the best.. in GP.. and their embarking into a new adventure.
I know Aunt Sandra and Uncle Garth misses Ally alot..!! but liked she said.. she brought up her kids.. to be independent.. so one has to let go. And when my time come with Chloe.. i too would encourage her to travel the world.. and go out and see the world.
Hoping For A Good Crop Year
I’m so happy for my in-laws.. ! this year.. the peas are growing good.. and the first batch was so sweet and sugary.. and they picked a fair amount of peas to sell to this year.
My FIL just told me this morning.. that they are charging like 3.50/Ibs this year.. all time high. I hope the weather.. and the crops continue to do good.. because last year sux big time..!
And if anyone deserve a good year.. it certainly has to be my in-laws.. ! they worked so hard.. and got cheated of so much money last year.. by some good-for-nothing fella..!! I hope .. that fella rot in hell.. get sun burn everytime he walks outta the house, the house he is in.. falls down on his stupid head, his asshole burn everytime he takes a dump.. everytime he eats .. he gets choked.. everytime he showers.. his hair drops.. his g/f leaves him.. and he can’t find a job, when he drinks water.. he gets drown.

Robbing With Eyes Wide Open
Holy Shit..!! And he said that it is hard to make a living doing repairing in this town..??
Our 53? TV went bonkers during the winter.. and because it was winter.. we decided to not repair it right away, afterall.. we’ve got priorities right… and there are like 3 spare tvs around the house.. that we donch use.
Yesterday.. we got our big tv fixed.. and when he quoted less than we expected.. we were actually quite pleased with it. And then hor.. PB saw the damn bill.. he charged us $150 freaking dollars for labour.. for 2hrs of work. That nevermind, when we checked on the internet the part he replaced.. it only cost 10 bucks.. but he charged us like 90.00 .. now that’s abit too much..!! He must think we are “water-fish”..??
We are very unhappy lor.. because we service computers for only 20bucks an hour.. and here.. ppl ripping us off.. the way they do.. left, right and center.. and some more the tv man.. can say .. he can’t make a living..?? Wau Lau Oiiii..!! KNNCCB..!! 300 bucks.. can buy so many diapers for my daughter you know..!! I can understand if he charges like $150 bucks for everything.. but this is ridiculous lor..!
Weakling I am
I get easily upset..!! If you have been reading my blog for some time now.. you would know that.. i can get all distressed for not even a good reason.
Yesterday..PPP wrote to say .. that they rejected my post .. and i cannot resubmit.. because “post was not found” if i resubmit.. it would be a violation of the TOS. But you see .. how could it be it’s not there..?? Everyone of you seen the Iphone video Chloe did for PPP .. ?? no..?? and on U-tube.. it stated that it was submitted on the exact date of the assignment..!
I know i shouldn’t feel upset.. nor feel like i’ve been accused of doing something wrong.. because it’s just a simple misunderstanding.. which i’m sure PPP would rectify like they did with my Dorito post.
But when i was writing back to PPP .. my hands were all shaking.. and getting cold..! you see lah.. !! how weak minded I am. Because if something like that were to happen to PB .. he would very calmly wait for a few hours.. and then write back to PPP. Yup.. quite useless I am.. i have to say.
Therefore hor.. it works really well now that we are not hiring anymore workers.. because when the ex-workers were being so “wonderful” .. i was really, really stressed out by it… especially those that we’ve treated so well.
Mission Possible
Yes.. i’m currently on a mission.. and doing a project. So if you donch see me replying to your comments.. it’s because i’ve been busy with my mission and project.
As soon as I am done .. i will let you all in .. on my project. There is just too many things going on lately.. good ones.. of course..!! This year summer.. is by far .. the best i’ve had .. since coming here.
I love the fact that we no longer.. have to worry about workers.. anymore.. and we are making all the money for ourselves.. and keeping up with our bills.. and more. Sure .. we donch have so much time.. but we’re happy. Plus.. if things goes well.. we might even get a free trip home.. this year.. woo hoo..!! or early next year.

As usual this afternoon, after coming into the store.. chloe and i went to Tims to get our coffee.. and a bagel for me.. since i didn’t have breakfast.
Chloe wanted a cookie after i’ve ordered my coffee and bagel. And i was charged .86 cents for a cookie..! now that didn’t seems right at all. Anyhow.. i thought i heard wrongly lah.. so i took a loonie out.. and gave it to the cashier… and true enough .. i got back like .14 cents .. for my change. I took a look at the sign board for prices .. and saw that it only cost .40 cents for a cookie.
Now what makes me wonder is this. If the cashier was someone new.. then i can understand that she charged me for a doughnut instead of a cookie. But this person has been working at Tims for a long, long time..! So how could someone make this kinda mistake..?? Trust me.. it’s not the .40 cents extra.. that i’m upset about.. but this is not the first time it has happened .. and with different ppl working at Tims.. so i donch know what is wrong..?? and i know that everything is automated.. and it’s all pre-fixed in their cashing thingie. So should i highlight or not..?? if i do.. i’m afraid.. i might bring a war down .. again.. like that tuna bagel.. the last time.. hhahahaha!!
