I have been meaning to introduce this to all bloggers. And yes.. i do have it physically at our store a few weeks now. Why i think it is very suitable for bloggers..?? you know lah.. we click so much.. to catch an opp, this combination of mouse and trackball that you hold in your hand and no need to stretch you hands to where your mousepad is, then can prevent sore shoulder blades and arms.

It sure took a little getting use to, just like a trackball, but it works really well. You’ve gotta hold it like a gun and for better stability you use your middle finger and your index finger resting on the top.

Workers at GM Canada are bracing themselves for a big job cuts. This was what i read this morning on the local news.

And the CEO of a call center in NB blames the economy for the closure of 2 offices in the province. Workers in Fredericton and Bathurst were affected when they turned up for work to only find the doors locked with no notice.

The reports and news have been saying that the economy has been well in Canada.. if so.. why all the above..?? And you know what’s the job of the town..??? The “garmen” is gonna spend $4 million here to built a new Municipality of Yarmouth. Just another fancy place for the town councils and the people who runs the town to sit their butt in an air-con room. Wonder where all the money is coming from..?? and wonder why the money isn’t put to good use instead of having a new building. Already the justice center was another huge expense to this town.. and tourism ain’t good .. in fact very bad.. but all these money.. being put out…?? FOR..?? Your guess is as good as mine..!

Does your menses fool you like mine does.. every month..?? Nah.. i’m not crazy.. muahahhaha!! every month.. my menses would stop right in the middle of the whole flow thingie.. and then for a full 1 or 2 days.. nothing would happen. And every month.. i go thinking.. ohhh…! i’m all done.. this month.. and then Poof..! it comes right back. Well .. not the heavy flow like the 2nd or 3 day.. but still menses is menses.. and you and i know.. with horrid menses.. you can’t do any naughty things.. muahahahahah!!

Oiiiiiii..!!! i meant swimming lah..!! wach you thinking.. lah..!!! muahahahahah!!! Does your menses trick you too..??

This online mooncake company is in the United States.. and they will ship to Canada. But a box of plain lotus seed mooncake will set me back about $80 USD, that means.. it would be about RM$240.00 for eating mooncake. Now you tell me.. to eat or not to eat.. muahahhahha!! I think the only reason why .. my fibroids hurt this much.. is because during my “Aunt Flow’s” visit .. there are clogs of blood waiting to come out..! The reason why i say this.. is because today.. the clogs started to happen.. and my fibroids donch feel so bad no more. I have to make sure i mention this to my gynae the next time he comes into our store..to rent a game for his kid.. and see what he has to say. Keep you all posted.. soon.

I usually go congratulate those that becomes Blog of The Day at PPP. But sometimes the stuff you see on the Blog of The Day irks me alot. Why..?? Go see for yourself.. on the Blog of the Day for Today (from a few days back) .. and you’ll know what i am saying.

My MIL donch really care for you too much.. muahhahahaha!! while the town was in full force .. welcome Dwight Deon home.. Canadian Idol finalize .. so was my MIL and Aunt Helena. And the verdict..?? my MIL donch really care for his singing.. coz’ he is into rock and roll.

My MIL thinks this is gonna be the last week … Dwight is gonna be on Canadian Idol.. coz’ he will be kicked out. But i guess it is a great achievement .. that he has gone this far.. ! and will open hope to the wanna be stars/singers here.. that they can also achieve something outta their hobbies..??

Which side of the bed to you sleep on..?? do you lay flat .. when you go to bed.. or are you like me..?? sleeping on your sides..?? Do you love to sleep facing your spouse..?? or you wanna show him your bum..??

For me.. i sleep on the left side.. but i really wanna sleep on my right side.. but i can’t..!! cannot even be lovey-dovey in bed.. !! why leh.. you asked..??? because of my stupid FIBROIDS lor..!! And please donch ask me why i donch take them out hor.. because if i could i would.. ! plus i think i fear .. having myself cut up.. so i have no choice.. but to bear with it.. and only show my bum to my spouse.. in the meantime. Sorry.. hun..!!

I haven’t really heard alot about hot-air balloon crash coz’ i guess there ain’t much. So during the weekend.. when i saw on the news about a fatal crash .. so near to us.. in Canada.. i was quite shocked.

Two died i heard.. and 10 injured. You can imagine.. how scary it was .. even though only 6 meter up. The company is currently suspended… but i can imagine.. not many ppl are gonna be very confident anytime soon. Imagine.. the horror .. of being on the ground.. and seeing your loved ones.. there on fire..??!!?? I hope i never live to see that day.. when it happens to me.. or my loved ones. So helpless.. i would imagine.

I’ve never thought that it was so important.. when you buy your own home.. to make sure.. that there is at least 2 bathroom in the house. I so regret now.. because not only should your bathroom be away from your children’s room… but there should always be 2.

Our home only have one.. and you can imagine how inconvenient it is.. if you are bathing.. and another need to use the bathroom.  So if you are buying your own home anytime soon.. please remember and do not say.. it doesn’t matter.. because it does.  Have at least 1.5 bathroom.  Now if we wanted to put in another washroom in the basement.. it will cost us an arm and a leg..!!  Bummer..!! i wonder how i could have missed it.. coz’  i already owned 2 homes back home in Singapore.

I haven’t been feeling too good these couple of days.. because my Aunt Flow came.. and with it.. of course.. my fibroids acted up.

So it has been 2 days.. since i cooked for the brat.. a proper meal. Well.. I guess Papa doesn’t like it too much.. but of course.. he didn’t complained lah. Guess what he did .. after coming home from Grammie’s..??

Yup.. he cooked rice.. and chopped off chicken.. and marinated them.. getting them ready to cook fried rice for his princess. Plus bathed her … put away all the groceries.. and did laundry.

I guess in normal cases back home.. or during our forefather’s time.. i prolly kenna “Yao” already.. hahahahah!! How times have changed eh..?? Yes.. i am blessed.. ! my in-laws were very understanding too.. and my FIL was trying to cheer me up last nite.. hahahah!!

My old blog is still very much about my daughter.. Chloe.. and this blog would be mostly about me.. and my work. .and business. .and anything related to me. From not sleeping.. to not eating.. to puking. .to hives.. and learning how to talk.. to walking.. and everything..

I wonder if anyone have the same feeling after giving birth..?? or is it just me..?? Given that i only had my daughter at the age of 39 .. not quite the same like most women out there.. and this might be the reason why my body-biorhythm is topsy-turvy.

So women out there.. please listen carefully..!! if you are thinking of having children.. try to do it not later .. than 35 yrs old.  Now i know why the old folks keeps saying that to us.. when we were younger.. and we never listened.

I hate being so lethargic all the time..!!  before having chloe.. i could do so many things.!!  go for a tennis game.. travel the world.. eat loads of food..!!  and work 16hrs.. and still have the strength to do a movie marathon.. !!  But now..!! aiyoh..!!  i just want my menses not to hurt so much..!!

Is it something you have in you already.. or you have to go for courses .. and courses.. and studies for it..??

Good business acumen doesn’t come easily or freely, one learn thru’ alot of mistakes.. trial and error. Money lost and alot of heartache.. and alot of chest pounding (not literally) .. but you get the picture right..? We have just celebrated our 8 yrs in business this weekend… with lucky draws.. and a huge sale. I’ve been here for almost 7 yrs. And what have i learned..??

That family is very important..! that ppl are not always honest..! that we should not mixed business with pleasure..! That the more someone wants to sell of their stuff for little to no money.. it’s stolen. That saying “no” is the first thing you have to learn in any kinda business. Be nice to your customers.. but do not get personal.. most take advantage of you except for 3 ppl i know in this town that doesn’t. The employees are always right .. and if they are wrong.. it’s not their fault.. you are just a bad boss.  What about you ..?? those out there who have their own business..?? what is your take on business acumen..??

For generations now.. we know that if you are into investing and you want something that is safe and wouldn’t turn and is worth nothing, we go for gold

My great grandmother doesn’t invest in anything except gold because she had a story to tell. During WWII the Japanese invaded Malaysia and Singapore and they had their own money .. when they came. To survive people had to get this paper money .. but when the British came .. this paper money became nothing! Worthless! She said.. to us.. that if she had not had some gold with her.. they wouldn’t have survived WWII because they couldn’t even afford sweet potatoes..! to feed the whole family.

And with that little gold she had… they made it through the war. That was the story that was told to us.. over and over again. So if i was investing in anything. Gold is the only way i would go. And as chinese, I don’t think investing in Gold is anything new, the purer the gold the better it is.

Montreal, Quebec is not anywheres near Nova Scotia.. but still it is in Canada .. and to think that a 9 yr old can disappear or abducted.. sends chills down my spine. Reports said.. she was helping a man find his dog. .and she disappeared. I have a 3.5 yr old daughter.. and you know.. children are so innocent… and i’m pretty sure.. this lil’ gal really thought she was helping out that man. Can you imagine.. how devastated her parents must be..??

I’m sure they cannot imagine what the lil’ gal would have to go thru’ . .and what is in the mind of the abductor. There are alot of sick ppl out there, that’s the reason why i watched over Chloe like a hawk .. and also tell her babysitter the same thing. You never know what is out there lurking and waiting.
