When Buying A House

I’ve never thought that it was so important.. when you buy your own home.. to make sure.. that there is at least 2 bathroom in the house. I so regret now.. because not only should your bathroom be away from your children’s room… but there should always be 2.

Our home only have one.. and you can imagine how inconvenient it is.. if you are bathing.. and another need to use the bathroom.  So if you are buying your own home anytime soon.. please remember and do not say.. it doesn’t matter.. because it does.  Have at least 1.5 bathroom.  Now if we wanted to put in another washroom in the basement.. it will cost us an arm and a leg..!!  Bummer..!! i wonder how i could have missed it.. coz’  i already owned 2 homes back home in Singapore.

    i’ve anticipated that when we built our house, so now every room has it’s own, nobody gets late for appointments anymore waiting for someone to finish using the bathroom ^_^

    Yer smart..!! i wished i had thought about it.. to be honest..! But nevermind .. the next time we buy another bigger house. .i’ll be sure to remember.. ;)

    My take is, if the house is 2 stories high, gotta have at least one bdrm and full bathrm downstairs. As for single story house, yea, 2 full bthrm is a must.

    that was our priority when we looked for a house too. if got money, every room must hv its own ensuite, hahaha!

    For me, definitely need more than 1 bathroom in the hse so no need to fight for it in the morning. :)
