Canada Revenue Agency issues alert about email scams. So please donch fall pry to any of these email scams and become a victim. How do ppl fall into these kinda scam .. i donch know. Recently I too received an email from “paypal” asking me to log in and verify my account because of excessive withdrawal.

I knew immediately that it was a scam.. because i never drew out any money from my PayPal.  Secondly, pointing your mouse over the link they ask you to click on .. and follow isn’t one that lead to PayPal at all.  So there itself should send a red alert to everyone.. out there.  But of course, some wouldn’t know.. because they would never suspect anything otherwise.  But folks out there with paypal account, please do not be a victim .. or gullible, make sure you write to Paypal directly .. before you even think of doing anything.. on somebody else’s website.

“Abduction charges have been laid against a man and a woman after a day-old baby was taken from a hospital in the northern Ontario city of Sudbury, sparking a nationwide alert and seven-hour search.”

I’m just glad they found the baby and gonna charged the couple.. and charged hard they should.  Because no parents new or old.. should be subjected to this kinda scary moments.  Can you imagine.. what they are gonna be like from now on..?? paranoid.. and fearing every moment for their newborn .. and even when the baby girl is older.. they will continue to be paranoid.. and not trust anyone.  Because I for one would turn into this way.

My mother-in-law is into Medical Scrubs big time.. whenever we visit her, she is in one of them, especially when she have to work in the gardens during the summer. Now don’t get it wrong.. my mother-in-law is definitely not working at the hospital at all.. and never have had. So i asked her.. “whats up with the scrubs..??” and her reply..?? “they are comfy..!!” My mother-in-law does alot of gardening though and she definitely needed something comfortable and easy to move about when she does her chores.

Now if my mother-in-law is into these scrub because they are comfy, my vet and the people working at the veterinary office should check out Katherine Heigl Scrubs, instead of wearing just white overalls, they are definitely so much more friendlier.. and more comfy i would think.

Nurses wearing the appropriate scrubs is very important especially if you are working in the children section. Well, it looks like Hurricane Noel is aiming for the Maritimes. So we’ve canceled our plans to eat our way up to Halifax. What a bummer..!! Hurricane Noel is expected to be a post-tropical storm by the time it reaches the region on Saturday, but forecasters say it will still pack a wallop.  A good fall storm is what is expected here but we hear that it usually hits Halifax more than Y-Town.

So if you donch see me online during the weekend.. it just means that the lines are all down.  Yes.. we are still living in the 70s here.. where all wires and lines are above ground.  Yah.. and they can afford to build a $6 million building but not fixed those damn lines.

We haven’t had any storm warning yet.. but we just may have to cancel our plans for the weekend break..because Halifax usually gets hit harder than us.. if anything does come. When they had Hurricane Juan a few years ago.. in Halifax.. we didn’t get any here in Y-town.. and for the sake of safety reasons.. we might not head up to Halifax. Bummer..! but better safe than sorry.

Thank God..!! A A newborn girl who was taken by a stranger from a Sudbury, Ont., hospital has been located and is safe. I made an appeal too in my other blog. A nationwide Amber Alert was issued when the day old infant was abducted. You can imagine how relieved i am.. knowing she is save. Can’t you imagine how her parents must be feeling right now..! Thank God..! have been praying for the baby girl all day.
