Cooperating With The Law Is Hard
Remember the blue color form that the cops were supposed to get to us.. for trying to get our money back from the crook who sold us some stolen DVDs ..?? Restitution sake. But a few months down the road.. we have yet to see that dear old blue form..?? I know the cops are busy.. and the $20 that we lost.. is not a great deal.. but it’s the principal behind the whole issue. Why should we be the ONLY ONE ..losing out..??
The owner of those DVDs .. got her DVDs back.. the crooks are still on the street.. and we are $20 poorer with no recourse..!! $20 is really not a big deal.. but i can’t help feel being cheated big time.. for the last 8 yrs.. by the law. Everytime, sometime like this happens.. we are the ones losing out. In our trade and sell business .. there is absolutely no way we are able to tell if the goods were stolen. But if we donch buy, trade and sell.. what kinda business would it be..? Maybe it will be more profitable to be the crooks instead.
