Different Stories
It is funny .. when you get to hear 2 different stories.. about the same game that was rented out yesterday.. to the same family.
B/f came in to say.. that he was playing with it last nite.. and it worked fine. Next morning woke up.. tried to play it.. it didn’t wanna work. Took it out.. and found a crack on the game. Honest enough.. and appreciated it.
Found an email from the g/f .. who claimed.. they were playing with it last nite.. and it stopped working.. and found a crack in it (that was already there when they rented it – so she wrote) .. and wondering if she can changed it for another game or what was the policy in our store..??
Two different stories in the same household.. what you think..?? Customer never gave us any problems before though. Although they had not rented for the longest time.. i think partly due to ex-Ms Selfish .. who used to work for us.. as they are good friends.
