Video Card Blow Up
Customer bought this just about a year ago.. and this was how it looked like when he brought it in to us. Obviously .. he didn’t do it.. it is of a manufacturer’s defect from overheating perhaps. A call to the supplier.. and they wouldn’t warranty it even though it was less than a year old .. stating it was damages that they donch warranty. WTH..!!! so how am i gonna tell the customer..?? he knows he is entitled to a warranty. With supplier like that.. i told PB not to deal with them any longer. What a D**K!! And yes.. we are gonna replace it for the customer. with our own money. My supplier may ding us on that.. but we can’t ding our customer for it. It’s just not right.. coz’ the warranty is for a year.
