After being in business for the last 8 yrs.. we learned that .. the customer’s fancy one minute.. may not be so .. the next. Anything .. they so wished for you to carry.. does not mean. .that they will buy it from you .. once you managed to source it for them. We really try our very best.. to help any customers.. but in the end.. we know we have to do what is best.. and what sells most. .and not what .. one or two customer/s want. And yes.. we’ve made this mistake before.. and we have been stucked with inventory .. that we cannot move or lose money one. Look at our store’s basement.. and you will understand.. why i am very skeptical .. when the man wants to buy “junk”.

Having a small business like ours does render that we take advertising.. and promotional campaign seriously. Email campaigns are not uncommon .. and actually one of the most effective ways to reach our potential customers. We had tried other advertising methods.. but we still feel strongly about email campaigns.
An effective way to ensure that your email campaigns are successful is using the Atomic Mail Sender, a program that sends mass emails .. and more. Unlike other programs that are out in the market, this is absolutely spam free and for legal email marketing.. for sending your personalized email and newsletters.
With built in tracking facilities, you get to monitor these messages/emails that you send out. A very awesome feature if you asked me. Plus this program does not just send direct mails but also control and compare the effectiveness of your email campaigns… by helping you to monitor who, and from what country and when they open the email.
Setting an invisible code and inserting them into sent messages and as soon as you are registered with their Mail Tracker service and a campaign created in Atomic Mail Sender, their system starts monitoring the status of every email you send out under that email campaign name. Easy to use .. works with Excel, Access, DBF, Word, made in ASCII text files (.txt, .lst) and absolutely affordable. For more info check this website out: http://www.massmailsoftware.com/bulkmail/

I was at the mall with my MIL yesterday.. and looking at stuff to buy for the brat for her summer clothings. My MIL bought a piece of blouse for Easter for the brat.. and i was still digging.. when i felt a tug on my pony-tail.
He isn’t really a customer.. nor is he a friend.. just an acquaintance and the blady man must be like 80 yrs old..!! annoyed the hell outta me.. for pulling my hair.. because it is not funny at all.. and i donch find it funny.. or anywheres near amusing.
Why the hell do ppl do that over here..?? what would you have done..?? i didn’t wanna offend him.. but i really donch like it at all. And you all know that the chinese and their heads.. are almost sacred. Why the hell.. can’t ppl respect that ppl from another part of the world may have different believes.. and practices..!

When I was working for a big organization back home, they have gym for us .. to go to .. at the end of the day.. or lunch time to exercise. Winter here is long.. and it’s hard to go for exercises at a gym.. because someone needs to drive me there. A treadmill at the store may be the answer for the man and I to try and get healthy. Now to find the space to put the treadmill without obstructing anyone.

A tourist was in the other day.. and had asked.. if there was public transport to take to the mall. I almost dropped onto the floor and rolled around laughing. Of course I didn’t .. but politely told him that we don’t have public transport… except for cabs that charges like $7 bucks for a 3 mins ride.
Now that the brat is going to school real soon, I would have to think of getting my own car and a comparison in quotes is necessary. Online car insurance makes it easy for me to get quotes and to buy my insurance online. And if you know me.. you will know that i do everything online as much as possible. What about you ..??

How many a times .. have we heard from a customer who broke a machine or scratched a rented movie or games come in and protest that they didn’t do it.. and that it had been scratched or broken .. when they had brought it home.
For some.. they wait for a month or two .. before bringing it back.. saying that it was this way.. when they had bought it. So why didn’t they call.. or bring it back immediately..?? Some wants a refund.. while others insist that it is still under warranty.
I had a customer who keep coming back with a broken stand for her webcam. Outta goodwill we had already done an exchange for her twice.. the third time.. i told her.. to call the manufacturer herself… because it was obvious.. that it was either dropped or damaged because it was treated badly. Are you this kinda customer..?? I hope not.. because our profit margin is darn low.. and for these ppl who tried to ding us.. with what they damaged we would have to sell .. at least another 5 just to make up for 1 that we replaced for her.

It irks the hell outta me.. when i get a phone call from a customer wanting to sell something.. and then listing out every game they have.. and wanting to know if you would buy them.. without seeing them.. and how much you would pay for it. And even after explaining to them.. that we have to see what they have. .and the condition.. they go off ranting.. of another product or 10 other items.. that they want to know if we would buy from them.. and how much. Arrrrghhhhhhh..!!!! Buddy..!! i have no time..!!!

Finally .. the T4s are out.. and collected. .and this year we are most happy .. because we didn’t have to do much. .as we donch have very many employees now. A few years ago.. when the taxes time came.. it was a real headache to do the T4s .. because we had to do more than 10 sometimes.. and it can be really taxing.. on yours truly.. and in the end.. PB would do it himself. The man does .. do alot for the business.. and you really have to give him credit for it. This year .. we are most happy.. with the T4s .. not only that we didn’t have alot to do.. it was peaceful.

I think the man is beginning to see who his true friends are.. and those that are only making used of him.. when they are broke and needs his help. We donch have many friends.. beside work.. and customers turned into friends.. for we are very careful.. whom we call our friend. If someone were your friend.. and you had a business.. wouldn’t you support him.. and his business.. instead of going to the competition.. and then come back and ask for technical support.. when he had taken his money elsewhere..??
Nah.. friends.. support in anyway they can to keep your business running.. instead.. leaving your “friend” to earn from somewhere else. Business and friends donch mix..?? or maybe.. we just have lousy friends.

The Chinese have a saying.. that tells us that .. no matter how much one plans for the next day or week or even month, sometimes … somethings are just beyond our control. Just like the ex-employee of ours who moved to New York to be with her new found boyfriend. They had just settled into a new apartment and she has just started work a week before, when the boyfriend who had no medical insurance had appendix and needed surgery immediately. Even if her family were to wire money immediately, it would had taken more then 24hrs for the cash to arrive therefore financial instituition that provides cash advance that is fast and secure and absolutely no hassle worked out great for them.
New York Cash Advance had the money transferred overnight into her account and she said.. it was so easy, she applied for it online, with no strange questions asked nor any fear of rejection because no credit check was needed. They were indeed very lucky since no hidden fees were involved, nor faxing or teletrack to worry about.

Male customer comes in with a stroller and a baby inside. Open the store’s door .. and left it open.. and slowly strolled himself and the baby into the store. Mind you.. it is still very Winter here.. and very cold outside. With the door wide open.. the cold air coming in and the hot air going out.. it sure doesn’t work well with us.
So I raised my voice. .and asked nicely.. “Can someone close the door for me..?” .. in which male customer with stroller and baby continued walking towards the counter looking at movies.. and ignored me. My brat.. who was having her lunch.. stood up.. and went to shut the door.. MY 4 YEARS OLD KID.. !!!!!! And guess what my kid said.. “Yer’re supposed to closed the door!” and stared at the male customer with a stroller and baby. Muahahahahahhahaha!!!! Maluration lah.. for that customer..! Ppl got no common sense ka.. ??

A customer came in together with a few of her friends.. and asked PB .. if the xbox that was on display worked..?? PB should have answered her.. “no, it doesn’t.. we just sell things that doesn’t work to our customers” .. muahahhaha!! that would have been fun to see their reaction.
Why in the hell would ppl assumed that the things we sell donch work..?? beyond my comprehension.. ! Can you tell me why..??

As much as everyone love going to Disney because it is touted to be a great place for the kids, I think that Branson Missouri is another alternative for family friendly vacation, definitely in terms of affordability and keeping to our budget, plus with the numerous shows and attractions, it is said to be the family friendly-Las Vegas.
My cousins who lived near Kansas, were so excited to see Andy Williams live in Branson Missouri during last year’s Christmas Vacation. It was a dream come true for Andy Williams had been their idol since they were kids. They boast about the Go Kart rides and how much fun they had with even the older kids. Many pictures were taken at the Silver Dollar City, the theme park where they boast of taking as many as 15 rides out of the 30 available.
They have various packages to suit your needs and they are really value for money. The Platinum Package with the $30 Red Lobster/Olive Garden gift card and coupon savings for shopping is what I am eyeing for. 3 days and 2 nights is just nice for us, for we can’t afford to be away from our business for too long. Planning for a holiday..?? try Branson Missouri, I bet you will keep coming back, because “Your Happiness Is Their Success”.

Considering what a small town this is.. the crime rate is sure high here. How do we know..?? coz’ anyone who gets broken into.. comes to us..to see if anyone tried to sell their stolen stuff at our store.. since we do trading .. buying and re-selling. Sometimes.. i wonder why ppl do not get their home insurance with insurance for its contents as well. Or could it be, they don’t even know about contents insurance..??

We sell previously used games – PS2 , Wii, Xbox, Gamecube games. There isn’t very much mark up to it.. because the man feels that doing business doesn’t mean you have to rip someone off. So the mark up is like 20% .. and then there is the taxes too. We have loads of customers coming in to ask if they can buy a $10 game for cheaper.. and they DONCH wanna pay the taxes..!! So if we can give cheaper.. that would mean we have to absorb the 14% in taxes.. and cheaper some more.. means.. we eat AIR lah..??
Cheaper can..?? Cannnn..! we eat AIR only ok.

It is awesome to find an online store that caters to the men we all loved, who are out there protecting us.. and serving the country away from home. My daughter’s godfather is in the military and many a times.. we don’t get to see him even during the festive season because he is out there somewheres on a “secret mission”.
Buying him a gift or just trying to get something for him isn’t easy at all. With U.S. Patriot Store, we can now find from military uniforms – army uniforms to goggles, tactical wear, or even knives and boots for him. The selection is so huge, you will be in awe shopping online here. To be honest, I really think you can just about get anything, you need for any army men or women here.
And they do know their stuff, afterall, it is run by soldiers for soldiers eh. Owned and run by female veterans, who served in the military, they also have an outlet near Fort Jackson SC. This online store is so convenient and easy and pleasing to look around, you just want to come back again and again.
We are already planning what to get for my kid’s godfather for Easter and his birthday that is just round the corner. With fast shipping for internet customers like you and I and great prices to offer, I cannot see any reason why anyone would shop elsewhere. By the way, they carry accessories and gears for the paintball lover in your man too.

Advertising our products is very important to our business… and for the last 8 yrs .. we’ve tried just about everything. From radio ads, to radio classified.. Clare shoppers, Lobster bay, local newspaper.. the Vanguard, Flying Cows, huge posters on the display windows. Well.. you get the picture right..? Unfortunately, for us.. we just can’t pinpoint just one way to do it.. to make it worth our while. Sometimes, we get plenty of response.. while others none. Oh .. we give to charity.. join the selling of bingo tickets.. as well..just to get the word out too. But no.. not very much help there either. Anyone got any more ideas..?? besides asking me to put the 3 legged frog somewhere in the store..?? Just for your info.. advertising in this small town ain’t cheap either.

Everyone needs a car in this part of the world, we do not have efficient public transport like we do in Singapore. And if you are like us, traveling to the city every now and then, that means you have got to get a decent car. Many people like us get their car loans through their dealers but for those who opt to buy previously used cars, then you will have to look for another way to finance your car.
Car loans made easy, fast and doesn’t require you to jump over rings of fire to get approved is what all of us looked for. But for someone who have little or no credit at all, they too need not despair, for bad credit loans that specializes with this situation can and will help you through your credit issues. 8 yrs ago, when we were getting our first new car, we had some trouble getting a car loan as well, even with good credit but because we were just starting out and being self-employed, not many banks wanted to loan us money. Therefore, we fully understand the need for helping people like us out, and I’m glad that folks like us can turn to Complete Loan Source now.
