An Intriguing Tale Of Being An Owner

The new justice center which initially had a $9million tag on building it.. had a few months ago.. announced that it went over it’s budget by another $6million of the tax payer’s money due to unforeseen circumstances.

In today local news, an oil spill at the new justice center, an overflowed from an upper floor holding tank on Sunday will cost about a week’s work, but will be on target this November. But they did not say how much it was gonna cost the tax payers .. for cleaning up the mess. Everything is still hush, hush… business as usual.

When one is dealing with an employee.. you have to tread carefully. Here in Y-Town, if you so much as say the slightest thing they are not happy about .. they can quit.. and then go to the unemployment office and complain about you. Just like if someone had a bad acne problem.. and you want to suggest acne treatment at a certain dermatologist, it is better if you not say anything .. because it just might hurt the employee’s feeling.

We rarely hire ppl who are pregnant.. but we did once… and she was like 5 months into her pregnancy. Our store’s dress code is pretty flexible, they can wear just about anything.. but had to be appropriate and this gal we hired, she loves her maternity jeans alot. And you can’t really blame her.. coz’ it’s the most comfy in her advance stage of pregnancy.
Wished we had more stores that specializes in maternity wear.
