New gift cards regulations had been implemented and announced recently – but it doesn’t affect us because our gift certificates has no expiry dates. This is a good move because many are affected by the expiry .. when they forget to cash in or use their gift cards and certificates.
Nova Scotia’s marketplace offers two types of gift cards, those for a specific good or service such as a massage or a hotel stay, and those with an associated dollar value.
