Be Friendly But Not A Friend
Yes - I know – I’m sounding a bit crazy right now – but bear with me – as I was doing some lipozene reviews i stopped for a minute about how I could have been too personal with our customers. What i should have done all these years is to be friendly but not take a personal interest in them – well except for a few – very few.
But i noticed when I stopped and offer help – just because I think they wouldn’t ripped us – and even the most unlikely person – ripped us! What the ((*&^^%* right..?? Yes ! ppl who had made smuck remarks about those who had ripped us off – in turn ripped us off themselves. So yes, I know i had been doing it wrongly – from now on – I’m gonna be friendly but not a friend to our customers ( except for a few). The same goes to our ex-employees – if for some remote reason we do hire – this will not happen again – they will not be treated like family or a friend – just employees.
